TOMATO JUICE

Ingredients:

· 3 large tomatoes
· 2 stalks celery
· 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
· 2 lemons
· Salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Run the tomatoes, the parsley and 1 stalk celery through your juicer starting with the soft ingredients, if you do not have a juicer a blender will do just fine.

2. Strain the juice to remove pulp and seeds.

3. Serve it in a large glass, add salt an pepper to taste, and squeeze the lemon if you prefer it. Stick a stalk celery in the glass to present it.
